New hires
Signed offers found in the inbox appear here automatically (checked weekday
mornings, noon and 5pm) — Scan now checks the inbox immediately in
between. Press Hire to run one, or type a name and press
Start hire. Nothing runs until you click.
Processing
The hire currently running, with a live timer — the Omni mark lights up
while one is in motion. Hires run one at a time; queued rows wait their
turn.
Finished
If a hire needed to stop, the reason shows in Status. The chips are
follow-ups — routine things to double-check after a completed
hire, not problems that stopped it. → Processing relaunches the
hire — it goes back to Processing, re-runs, and completes whatever is left
(steps already done are skipped, and someone already hired in ADP resumes
with just the follow-up steps). → History files a finished hire
on the Analytics page; ✕ removes the row.
History
Everyone fully hired, filed on the Analytics page to keep the dashboard
clear. Restore puts one back in Finished.
